Take your pick of exceptional aquatic experiences, complete with unobstructed views of Lake Ontario. From our year-round indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool to a splash pad for the kids with a wading area and water features, members of all ages can enjoy lessons and programs, including water aerobics and water polo.
 

Indoor Pool

  • Open year-round; 7 days a week

  • 6 lane, 25-yard pool ranging from 3.5 to 4.5 feet deep

  • Adult fitness swimming

  • Youth group swim lessons

  • Adult and youth private lessons

  • Youth swim camps

  • Lifeguard training

  • Movie nights



Outdoor Pool

  • Open 7 days a week from May long weekend through the end of September (weather permitting)

  • 60 feet by 30 feet; ranging from 3 to 9 feet deep

  • Birthday or special occasion pool parties are also available to members

The Plunge Lounge features exclusive access to state-of-the-art commercial cold tubs from Coldture. Cold plunging has gained popularity for its incredible health and recovery benefits, including:
