Personal Training

If one-on-one attention from a dedicated trainer is the best way to keep you on track, ask us about Personal Training sessions and packages. All of our trainers and Fitness Centre employees are:

  • Certified in fitness consultation, appraisal, training, CPR and first aid

  • College or university trained in the field of fitness
