Executive Chef, Greig King
Previous to coming to The Boulevard Club, Chef King spent two years as Executive Chef at the Markland Wood Golf Club in Etobicoke, and 10 years as Executive Sous Chef at the Granite Club. Prior to working in Clubs, our Chef worked in the ever-demanding hotel kitchens of the King Edward Hotel and The Sutton Place Hotel.
Greig was born into a military family in Scotland and spent his early life living in England, Cyprus and Germany. After leaving school he studied for his Chefs papers through the City and Guilds Institute of London. On successfully completing and passing with distinction, Greig decided to join the British Army as a military chef. While serving, Greig was one of few chosen to work in the Royal Kitchens for the late Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, and worked on the high profile handover of Hong Kong to China. After 9 years' of service, Chef King moved to Canada.
We are fortunate to have such a highly trained Chef addressing the ever-changing demands of food at The Boulevard Club.
