Here at the Boulevard Club fitness center we are providing excellent service
through top quality instructors and staff.
The fitness center is staffed Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm
and on Saturday and Sunday 9-2 (summer hours). The fitness staff is here
to support you and help push you to the next level. They are also a resource
at your disposal for information and top quality programming.
When joining fitness you get two precious hours with our staff for an
assessment (drop by for a brochure) and a program specific to your needs.
Our aerobics program is filled with exciting classes to
fit all types of exercisers from beginners right up to advanced trainees.
If you are looking for low impact Cardio you can do spinning which is
one of our most popular classes, there are also specialty classes offered
(please see aerobics).

One-on-one individual attention aimed at motivating
and enhancing a persons adherence to an active lifestyle. People
of all fitness levels can benefit from personal training on a regular
or semi-regular basis to help set and ultimately be challenged to reach
their personal fitness goals.
A session with a personal trainer is a private workout.
Your trainer is with you for the entire workout to ensure that you perform
each exercise correctly, to answer any questions that you have, save your
time by having your workout pre-planned and to give you an extra motivational
boost.
Programs
SPIN The spinning program is an
indoor cycling class which consists on 40, 60 or 90 min of moderate to
high intensity Cardio, this class has no impact on the joints so its great
for everyone from beginners to advance riders. Pump and abs for the extra
muscular stimulation follow some of our spin classes.
TRI FIT & WEIGHTS This workout combines
step hi/ lo and weights all in one. Intervals of 5 min will keep you working
throughout the whole hour.
55+ FITNESS A class devoted to our senior members.
A total workout including gentle low impact Cardio, muscle conditioning
and a great stretch.
PILATES Helps build core strength to restore
proper posture, through strengthening exercises and flexibility work.
YOGA / POWER YOGA Stretching, relaxation, muscle
toning and breathing are all involved in our yoga and our more strenuous
power yoga
COMBO CLASS This class is a mixture of Cardio,
weights and stretching the whole package.
BODY SCULPT Our instructor will take you through a variety of different
exercises to "sculpt" and strengthen every muscle in your body
using various pieces of equipment. Youll just love the way you feel
after this class!
RELAX / STRETCH Stretching is one of the most
important components of your personal workout. This class will allow your
body and mind to relax by releasing the stress on your muscles from everyday
activities. Pamper yourself with this relaxing workout.
HI/LO / TONING A mixed impact workout to challenge
your endurance. Our instructor will offer optional hi and lo impact moves
for participants of different levels, Muscle conditioning and stretching
complete this class.
INTERVAL TRAINING This class is a challenging
60-min of intervals; this class will get you in great cardiovascular shape.
SPINNING SIGN-IN PROCEDURE
- Sign up begins at 9 am at the reception desk the day
prior to the class in question
- There will be no bookings in person all bookings are
done over the phone
- A four-hour cancellation policy is in effect please contact
the reception desk if you cannot attend so they may assign your bike
to another member. A 10$ fee applies to no shows and untimely cancellations.
- While members can participate in more than one class
per day, there will be no advance booking of back to back classes.
- A bike will be reserved for 5 min into the class at that
time the person who has reserved the bike loses all signing privileges
(and will be charge 10$ for a no show). If there is someone waiting
for a bike they can take an unoccupied bike 5-min into the class.
- While guests are permitted in spinning classes, pre-booking
for guests is not permitted. Guests may be booked into the class on
a same day basis.
